Nicole Scherzinger Opens Up About Eating Disorder Past

The stunning Nicole Scherzinger has opened up about her past and revealed she has struggled with the eating disorder bulimia in a revealing interview to be shown on VH1's Behind The Music. Personally I think it inspiring for someone in Nicole's position to be open and speak honestly about her struggles. In the short clip Nicole says:

"I guess it was like my addiction, right? I never did drugs, but kinda doing things to myself was my addiction. It’s like when I got off stage, I was on this high, and I’d come back to my room and I’d be alone, so I would just do things. My bulimia was my addiction; hurting myself was my addiction.'

Raising awareness is so important and helps people going through the same or similar things understand that they are not alone and we all have problems no matter how rich or famous! So if you have a problem or worry TALK ABOUT IT! :)
